An alumnus of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) cadre, Sudhakar has served in various capacities in India and abroad including the Chief Secretary to the Government of Karnataka, Chairman, Bangalore Development Authority, Bangalore, Minister (Economic Affairs), Embassy of India, Washington. |

Mr. Ambarish Datta is the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of the BSE Institute Ltd.
Prior to taking up this assignment he headed the Technology Aided Learning group at Reliance Retail Limited. During which he was responsible for a nationwide roll out of e-learning and blended learning programs covering a wide range of learners for shop floor staff to senior managers.
Prior to his stint with Reliance Retail he has handled various portfolios in the IT and learning solutions space. He has over 15 years of experience in sales & execution of technology solutions. Extensive domain knowledge in SCM, Retail, BFSI, eLearning Solutions & Manufacturing businesses. Well versed with global technological progress and trends with proven experience in developing custom software solutions & new product development and the ability to design complex solutions for mission critical business needs.
He has done his SMP from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. |

| Mr. Praveen Chakravarthy |

Praveen Chakravarty is a senior financial services professional of repute, a public policy activist and an active angel investor.
Currently, Mr.Chakravarty is the Chief Executive Officer of Anand Rathi Financial Services Limited. He was with the Unique Identity Authority of India (UIDAI) set up under the Chairmanship of Mr.Nandan Nilekani by the Planning Commission of the Government of India.
Mr.Chakravarty was a Managing Director at BNP Paribas and prior to that, Mr. Chakravarty was a Founder-Director at Thomas Weisel India, a boutique investment bank headquartered in San Francisco, CA. Prior to his Wall Street career, Mr.Chakravarty spent 7 years at Microsoft and IBM in the US and India in various product marketing roles.
Mr. Chakravarty is also the co-founder of Mumbai Angels, India's most active angel investment network and is an investor and board member in 3 start-ups.
Mr.Chakravarty is a frequent contributor to opinion-editorial columns of leading newspapers. Mr.Chakravarty is also actively involved in various public policy initiatives in areas of youth employability and financial inclusion for the poor.
He is a voracious non-fiction reader, an active cricketer, a history buff and a keen follower of the randomness of the financial markets.

Dr. Rangarajan ("Raghu") Sundaram is the Yamaichi Faculty Fellow and Professor of Finance at New York University's Stern School of Business where he teaches derivatives pricing and risk-management. He was formerly at the University of Rochester from 1988-96. He received his BA in Economics from the University of Madras, India, in 1982; his MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, in 1984; and his PhD in Economics from Cornell University in 1988.
Professor Sundaram's research in finance covers a range of areas including agency problems, executive compensation, corporate finance, derivatives pricing, and credit risk & credit derivatives.
Professor Sundaram is the author of A First Course in Optimization Theory (Cambridge University Press, 1996) and a forthcoming book on derivatives (to be published by McGraw-Hill). He was Co-Editor of the Journal of Derivatives from 2002-08 and has served on several other editorial boards. In 2007, he became the inaugural recipient of the Distinguished Teaching Award from the Stern School of Business. |

In his earlier stint he was a member of the core team that setup the National Stock Exchange (NSE) .He was also instrumental in establishing NSE's certification in Financial Markets (NCFM) to prepare the Indian participants for trading in derivatives, equities, depository operations, mutual funds distribution. |

He was part of the Core team involved in setting up the National Stock Exchange (NSE).
Currently, he is part of BSE's Executive Management Committee and heads their business operations, listings, information products divisions as Chief Business Officer. |

Nehal holds a commerce degree from Mumbai University, and a Master of Management Studies (MMS) degree in Finance from the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, University of Mumbai.
He has more than 15 years of rich and varied experience in the area of Compliance.
Prior to joining BSE, he has worked at the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for 10 years in various functions. After SEBI, he was Director, Law & Compliance at DSP Merrill Lynch Ltd heading Broking and Investment banking Compliance for a period of 3 years. Currently as the Chief Regulatory Officer at BSE Ltd. he heads all the regulatory functions of the exchange which includes membership compliance, surveillance, inspection, investigation, regulatory communication, investor services, listing compliance and regulatory legal.
