Instruction to the Collecting Branches of Bankers to the Issue

Day 2
3. Application & Allotment of Shares 4. Role of Investment Bankers in managing the issue and recent developments in this regard
Basis of Allotment Important Guidelines / Directions issued by SEBI for IPO's.
Procedure in case of Over-subscription Cost of Public Issue
Procedure in case of Under-subscription
Essential requirements for Listing
Procedure relating to listing of shares in the stock exchanges and follow up action
