Dr. Suresh Kulkarni

Dr. Suresh Kulkarni has over 40 years of teaching, training, research, and administrative experience in the water sector at state, national and international levels. He has lectured in some 15 countries and has written over 80 technical papers and contributed to many technical reports/ books related to agricultural water management. He holds Ph.D. in Irrigation Engineering from Hungarian Academy of Sciences, Budapest and received intensive training in 'Irrigation Water Management' in USA.

Earlier he was Associate Professor/Professor (Irrigation Engineering), Water and Land Management Institute (WALMI), Kanchanwadi Campus, Paithan Road, Aurangabad, Maharashtra.
