Dr. Radhakrishnan Pillai

Dr. Radhakrishnan Pillai or Chanakya, as he is fondly called, is the bestselling author and a pundit on Kautilya’s Arthashasthra. Some of his great works include- Chanakya and the Art of Getting Rich, Inside Chanakya’s Mind, Chatur Chanakya, Chanakya in You, and The Himalayan Problem. He is also the winner of the prestigious Sardar Patel Award in 2009. He is multifaceted, an author, a management trainer, consultant and guide. He believes that “management” is a universal art that can be put to use in almost all fields. He was intrigued by Kautilya’s Arthashasthra; a well-known book on management written in the 3rd Century BC and has conducted extensive research on the same. He is also the co-founder of the Chanakya Institute of Public leadership (CIPL) and Deputy Director Masters of Leadership Science, University of Mumbai, Department of Chanakya International Institute of Leadership Studies.
